    I'm providing a great score because of the excellent welcome we received by Nirina at the front desk. Her professionalism was nothing but exceptional. We were greeted with a smile and a pleasant tone-which was maintained throughout our 50 questions we presented to her. She represented Embassy Suites by Hilton well. We left the desk we were excited to explore the hotel. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was not typical complimentary breakfast. It was a variety of both hot and cold foods. Breakfast also came along with a chef and his crew creating delicious egg omelets, grits, etc... This is a great hotel to stay for both kids and adult.

    Truly enjoyed my stay. The staff was so attentive and pleasant. Per usual, the breakfast buffet at Embassy is one of the best. I will say all the food lacked flavor though. Don't know if it was an off day or if this location is light handed on seasoning. I stayed for five days but only partook in breakfast once. I enjoyed the service and cocktails from the bar during the evening reception and after evening reception hours. Surprisingly, they were not light-handed on the liquor for the evening reception cocktails. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Many restaurants and luxury brand shopping stores within walking distance. I barely heard my neighbors which is a huge plus for me at hotels. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

    We had an amax time. The hotel was beyond our expectations and the staff was courteous. I'd like to give a special thanks to Nirina and Silvia at the front desk. From the time we checked in until our departure they were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    Every touch we had with this hotel was AMAZING! Fantastic customer service starting with Kathy who assisted with our rooms to Elvis on front desk who was always helpful to valet Wilfredo and Richard in maintenance who helped with a fan! Thanks all for a great stay!
